After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

However, all organisations face the risk of things going wrong from time to time and a culture of openness and accountability is essential in order to prevent such situations occurring, and to address them if they do occur.
The Premier League seeks to create an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation. If you’re a member of our staff, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your line managers or members of the Executive Leadership Team with any questions, or to raise concerns about unethical, illegal or inappropriate behaviour or if you believe our policies or high standards have not been met. If you’re a consultant, supplier or partner of the Premier League with concerns about our business, we also want you to feel able to approach us directly.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to any concerns you have.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
